Gold Statue Energy is our gloriously unserious awards show celebrating the debates that actually matter: who’s the best green character ever? What’s the most quotable TV show of all time? And who really wins, David Brent or Michael Scott?
A silly, tongue-in-cheek format built around big opinions and passionate arguments, we piloted it as short-form before evolving it into a long-form show where talent can really get into the weeds on iconic film and TV takes.
Hosted by the brilliant Henry Calvert, the series kicks off with Tobi and Bambino Becky, followed by Cole and Crystal, including a particularly heated showdown over Bohemian Rhapsody. Equal parts chaotic, nostalgic and deeply opinionated.
